Exchanges & Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your item.

To process your exchange/return request, we need the following information:

- Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels. The packaging must not be damaged and should be in its original state. Returned items must show no signs of use.
- Order number
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue (for damaged, not as described, and incorrectly received products)

If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged outside of our control.

To initiate a return, please contact us via info@studiobox.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package and to which address. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Please always ensure that your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Returning your package by post without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees: return shipping costs will not be refunded. If the package is marked as "lost in transit," we do not take responsibility for the return.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days after processing your return.

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:

a. Sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. Products made according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made).
c. Products of a clearly personal nature.
d. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
e. Products such as underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and personal care products are not subject to the right of return due to hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned or processed.
f. Products must be returned within 14 days of arrival.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of your order is only possible within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders enter the processing phase, and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
